South College and Fourth houses are coming along great and looking good.

Its going to be some of Fayettevilles finest new front porch living. The above picture is of 88 East Fourth Street. Completion on this first unit is set for third week in september.

These units are being built with sustainability and healthy living in mind. Insulation in these units is a mix of recycled cotton and soy based spray foam from Natural State insulation.

South College and Fourth Street project coming soon!

Swiftwater Development is excited to be partnering with Tami Fagan and Crye-Leike to bring

this development (Located at S. College and Fourth Street on the edge of the cities walker park development plan) to downtown Fayetteville. The goal with this project is to bring a sustainable yet attainable single family development to an area that is close to the city center, library, city trail system and restaurants. Construction on these homes should begin in the next 3 to 4 weeks. It has been a pleasure to work with Skiles Architectson this project.
